Ginger Cosmo

  • ginger - 1/4 Art.spoon
  • vodka - 45-50 Grams
  • orange liqueur - 20-25 Grams
  • red orange juice - 30 grams
  • To decorate: sugar - 1 cup
  • water - 1/2 cup red orange
  • - 1 Each

1. To decorate three-quarters cup sugar and water mix and keep on medium heat until sugar is dissolved.Bring the syrup to a boil, cut the orange slices to throw in syrup and simmer for 5 minutes.2. Candied slices pull on waxed paper and let it dry for 10 minutes, roll in sugar and arrange on a tray to dry completely.3. Process and rub on a small grater fresh ginger root (it can now be bought in almost every supermarket).4. Prepare a martini glass triangular shape.If you want to emphasize the taste of ginger, grated ginger sypte directly on the bottom of the glass.If you want to soften it, add it to a shaker.5. Fill a shaker with crushed ice.Immediately behind it to fill with vodka, liquor and juice, shake well and pour into a glass.6. Decorate the ready ring of candied orange and serve immediately
