Indian pudding

Ingredients:
  • milk - 3 cups
  • black molasses -
  • 1/4 cup sugar - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • butter - 2 tbsp.spoon (melt)
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • baking powder - 1/8 teaspoon
  • beaten egg - 1 Each
  • corn flour - 1/2 cup
  • vanilla ice cream - 1 Each

Instructions Preheat oven to 200 degrees.Mix 1-1 / 2 cups of milk with molasses, sugar, butter, salt, baking powder, egg and cornmeal.Pour the mixture into a clay pot, which was well lubricated with oil and bake until boiling.Pour the remaining 1-1 / 2 cups of milk, stir.Decrease oven temperature to 150 degrees and bake of 5-7 hours.Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
