Parfait papaya, berries and yogurt

Ingredients:
  • Greek yogurt - 450 Gram
  • honey - 5 Art.spoons
  • lemon zest - 1 1/2 teaspoons
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • ginger - 1 Each
  • papaya - 450 grams (diced)
  • Blackberry - 180 grams
  • Blackberry - 180 grams
  • raspberries - 180 grams
  • peppermint - 1/4 cup granola
  • - 1/2Cups
instructions

In a small bowl, combine yogurt, 3 tablespoons of honey and zest.Set aside.Grate the ginger in a small bowl.Rub through a fine sieve to obtain a result of 1 tablespoon of ginger juice.Add to the bowl with the ginger juice, remaining 2 tablespoons of honey and lemon juice.Stir whisk.Add papaya, blackberries, raspberries.Mix gently.Put half of the fruit mixture into 6 tall glasses.Sprinkle with chopped mint.Put half of the mixture of yogurt and granola half.Put the remaining fruit mixture, yogurt and granola.Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
