- water - 1/2 cup
- soy sauce - 4 teaspoons vinegar

- pineapple juice - 1/2 cup cornstarch

- spoon sugar - 1 cup
Combine water, soy sauce, vinegar and pineapple juice in a small saucepan.Add sugar and corn starch.Gradually whisk stir.Bring to a boil.Cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, remove from heat.It serves both hot and cold.Upon cooling, the sauce thickened.
