Carrot mango smoothie

Ingredients :
  • carrot juice - 1/2 cup
  • mangoes - 1/4 cup (frozen pieces )
  • ice - 1/4 cup ( diced )
instructions

Mix the ingredients in a blender.Fruit and vegetables should be a homogeneous mass .Immediately pour into a tall glass and serve .In one portion of carrot and mango smoothies : 52 calories ;1 g protein , 0 g fat , 13 g carbohydrates;1 g fiber.On health and bon appetit !
