Quinoa salad

  • fresh lime juice - 5 Art.spoons (for sauce)
  • salt - 1 teaspoon (for sauce)
  • Garlic - 1 clove (finely chopped, sauce)
  • fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup (chopped, sauce)
  • ground cumin -1 teaspoon (for sauce)
  • olive oil - 1/3 cup (for sauce)
  • milled pepper - - to taste (for sauce)
  • Quinoa - 1 cup
  • Table salt - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • Black Beans - 400 grams
  • Corn - 1 cup (fresh)
  • Sweet pepper - 1 cup (chopped)
  • Chile - 1 Thing (seeded and chopped)
  • fresh cilantro - 1/4 cup(finely chopped)
  • Green onion - 1/4 cup (chopped)

ingredients for the sauce.Whisk lime juice, salt, garlic, coriander and cumin.Constantly whisk and gradually add the olive oil, a thin stream, until the mixture combined.Season with pepper to taste and set aside.Thoroughly rinse the quinoa in cold water, changing the water several times.Pour the quinoa in a strainer.Boil in a saucepan, water (about 6 cups) podsolite water.Pour the quinoa and boil for 10 minutes.Meanwhile, prepare the gauze and mesh for a ste
