Jam of roses

Ingredients :
  • petals tea rose - 200 grams of sugar
  • - 100-150 gram
instructions

petals rinse under running water in a colander to drain and shift into a deep bowl.Roses fill with sugar .And knead petals hands as long as they will not let the juice .Put the petals in a jar and store in refrigerator .
