European dessert

  • fpuktovoe puree (strawberry) - 200 grams
  • pineapple - 0.5 Stucki
  • custard - 300 grams
  • whipped cream - 200 grams

First layer: Make red fruit jelly, if possible the day before.Soak 1 sheet gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes.Meanwhile, put 200 g fruit puree (strawberry, black currant, etc.) in a saucepan over low heat.Once warmed up (not boiling), remove from heat.Get a sheet of gelatin to dry on a towel, and dissolve in hot sauce, stirring occasionally.Allow to cool for about 30 minutes.Pour about 2 tablespoons of red fruit jelly into the bottom of the glass, using a funnel.Allow to cool to room temperature over 2 hours.Cover each glass with plastic wrap, then refrigerate at least 4 hours, overnight if possible.Second layer: Cut pineapple into small pieces (about 5 mm squares).Melt 2 tablespoons clarified butter in a frying

pan, add 3 tablespoons brown sugar, and cook until it starts to form caramel.Put cubes of pineapple and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring, then add the lime juice.Once ready, remove from heat, let cool and refrigerate in a tightly closed container.Also the day before, make the custard.On the day of delivery: Put 1 sheet gelatin in dish of cold water.Meanwhile, heat the custard in a saucepan over low heat, and as soon as it becomes sufficiently hot (not boiling), put a sheet of gelatin in a saucepan, stirring occasionally.Allow to cool for 45 minutes.For 15 minutes before the end of this time, prepare 200 g of whipped cream.Add the cold cream into whipped cream, gently folding spatula.Stir, add the diced pineapple and mix gently.The second layer was prepared.Control the glasses from the refrigerator and fill them with whipped cream to 2/3 the depth, preferably using a pastry bag.Put the glass in the refrigerator at least 2 hours, covered with plastic wrap.Meanwhile, prepare the sauce (puree) of 3 kiwis.Before serving, add kiwi sauce on top and garnish with a slice of tangerine.Your European dessert ready to enjoy!
