Instructions Preheat oven to 160 and greaseOil a baking dish.Shots parchment paper, forming a canopy on each side.Grease the paper with oil.In a bowl, mix cereal, cherries, flaxseed, pecans, pistachios and salt, set aside.In a small saucepan mix honey, peanut butter, oil and vanilla.Cook over medium heat until the butter has melted.Add dry ingredients and mix.Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.Bake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.Give cool completely in the mold.Share on chopping board, cut into 8 pieces serrated knife.Store cakes in a sealed container, separating from each other oiled paper, about 1 week.
