Recipe Chocolate mousse

  • tofu - 450 Gram
  • chocolate - 50 grams
  • soy milk - 1/2 cup

1. Melt the chocolate or chocolate chips over low heat or in the microwave,stirring it every 45 seconds (select the highest quality chocolate with the highest cocoa content).Typically, heating the chocolate takes you 3 minutes.2. Mix the liquid chocolate, tofu and soy milk in a blender and whip the mixture until a homogeneous state puree about 1 minute.3. Pour a high transparent glass or clay cups and refrigerate at least 2 hours.Now a chic chocolate mousse is ready to amaze your guests.
