Smoothies mango and berries

Ingredients:
  • soy milk - 1 cup (vanilla flavored)
  • orange juice - 1/4 cup
  • egg products - 1/4 cup (frozen or cold, defrost)
  • honey - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • mangoes - 1/2 cup (peeled, chopped)
  • frozen strawberries - 1/2 cup (or raspberries, blueberries)
instructions

In blender, place a bowl of soy milk, orange juice and honey.Mix 10 minutes.Then, add the mango and berries and mix until smooth.Immediately pour into glasses.You can decorate with leaves of bilberry.
