Pies with pumpkin

  • Pumpkin pulp - 200 grams
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Leeks - 1/3 Pieces
  • Chives (beam) - 1/2 Pieces
  • Roquefort cheese - 100 grams

  • Puff pastry - 250 grams

Make a few cuts in a circle about 2 cm long - look at the photo for clarity.In the center of each circle lay out the filling, consisting of cubes of chopped all the ingredients of a recipe (except olive oil and pastry, of course).Now all the incised edge gather to the center, forming a kind of basket.So - from all sides.Of this amount of dough and filling I got nine pies.We bake our cakes for 15 minutes at 190 degrees.Although time is very dependent on the oven, and can vary from 10 to 20 minutes, so watch out for pies - as soon as the dough lightly browned, take out of the oven.
