Mango jelly with rice

Ingredients:
  • rice - 150 grams
  • lime - 2 pieces (juice)
  • milk - 3/4 Litre
  • whipped cream - 1/4 liter
  • sheets of gelatin - 2 pieces
  • sugar -2 tbsp.spoon
  • mango - 1 Each
  • orange juice - 1/8 Litre
instructions

Ingredients: Bring the milk to a boil in a small saucepan.Boil the rice until cooked.Remove peel and middle mango.Cut into small cubes.Stir in orange juice.Dissolve the gelatin sheets in cold water and pour into a mixture of mango + orange juice.Pour into glasses and put into the refrigerator.Mix rice with zest and lime juice.You can add a little sugar.Dilute 2 sheets of gelatin in cold water.Mix gelatin, rice and whipped cream.Cool.Put "rice cream" on top of the jelly and chill again.
