Pasta with bacon and Parmesan

  • bacon - 450 Gram
  • red pepper flakes - 1/2 teaspoon
  • rigatoni pasta - 450 Gram
  • heavy cream - 1/2 cup
  • cream cheese - 1/4 cup
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

1. In a large skillet, fry the bacon over medium heat until golden brown.Put ready bacon on paper towels to drain the fat.When the bacon has cooled slightly, cut it into small pieces.Set aside.2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil.Add the pasta and cook until tender, according to package directions.While the pasta is cooked, prepare the cream sauce.Stir in heavy cream and cream cheese in a small saucepan.Heat over low heat until the cheese is melted, and beat until smooth.3. Remove from heat.Add Parmesan cheese, egg, red pepper flakes and whisk until smooth.4. Drain the water from the pasta, reserving 1/2 cup of hot water, and return the pasta to the pot.Immediately add the cream sauce and stir.Mix with chopped bacon and add a small amount of liquid macaroni

to the sauce slightly diluted.If desired, sprinkle with additional Parmesan cheese on top and serve immediately.
