Pasta Carbonara with green peas

  • any kind of pasta - 360 grams
  • slices of bacon - 8 pieces
  • medium onion - 1/2 Pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • eggs - 3 pieces
  • Parmesan cheese - 3 /4 cups heavy cream
  • - 3/4 cup
  • salt and plenty of black pepper - to taste
  • green peas - 1/2 cup

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.While the pasta is prepared, cut into slices of bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan until crispy bacon will not.2. Put the bacon ready to paper towels and drain fat.Drain off all the fat from the pan, but do not wipe it.3. Heat a frying pan over medium-low heat and add the chopped onion and garlic.Cook until golden brown.Set aside.4. In a bowl, mix the eggs, the grated Parmesan cheese, cream, salt and pepper until smooth.When the pasta is ready, drain, reserving 2/1 cup of the liquid remaining from the cooking.Put the pasta in a bowl.5. While the pasta hot, slowly pour in the egg mixture, stirring constantly.The sauce will be thick and should cover the entire paste.Dilute wi

th a little hot liquid if the sauce seems too thick.6. Add peas, bacon, fried onion and garlic.Stir and serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese.
