Chicken breast with pasta and cream sauce

Ingredients:
  • chicken breasts - 450 Gram
  • egg - 1 Each
  • milk - 1 cup
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.teaspoon garlic powder
  • - 5 teaspoons
  • flour - 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • - 1/3 cup
  • salt - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • seasoning for steak - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • butter - 2 tbsp.
  • spoon of olive oil - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • pasta linguine noodles - 450 Gram
  • chicken broth - 1 cup cream
  • - 2 cups (fatty)
  • Parmesan cheese - 1 cup
  • Garlic - 2-3 cloves
  • cornstarch - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • pepper - 1/2 teaspoon basil leaves
  • - 8 pieces
  • parsley - 1 tbsp.Spoon
instructions

1. Place chicken between layers of wax paper, and a hammer to fight off the flesh.2. In a small bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, lemon juice and garlic powder.Dip chicken pieces into the mixture.Close and refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.3. After marinating, mix together the flour, bread crumbs, salt, baking powder and seasoning for steak in a small bowl.4. Remove the chicken from the milk mixture, shake off excess and roll in flour mixture.5. Add

1 tablespoon of salt in a large saucepan with water and bring to a boil.Cook pasta according to package instructions.6. Then, in a medium saucepan heat the chicken broth over low heat, bring to a boil.Reduce heat to medium and add the cream, milk, sugar and crushed garlic.Stir.Bring to a boil and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.Reduce to a minimum the fire, add the grated Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.Simmer for about 10 minutes, until cheese is melted and sauce is thickened.7. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.Put the chicken in the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side.8. Grind basil and parsley and add to the sauce.9. Put the chicken and pasta on a plate, pour cream sauce and serve.
