Mushrooms on the grill

Ingredients:
  • mushrooms - 1 Kilogram
  • Lemon - 1 Each
  • Sol - - To taste
  • Pepper - - To taste

wash mushrooms, cut off the edge of the foot.Squeeze the juice from a lemon.Mushrooms pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice, as the pepper and a little salt.Very good mix.Capacity with mushrooms cover and put into the refrigerator for 6 hours.Marinated mushrooms spread on skewers.Threading must be very tight.For frying mushrooms coals should be medium heat.Prepared mushrooms look slightly shriveled, but inside should be juicy.Bon Appetit!
