Cassoulet

Ingredients:
  • pork sausages - 400 grams
  • Canned white beans - 350 grams
  • Bacon - 130 grams
  • Onions - 2 pieces
  • Carrots - 1 Each
  • Garlic - 4 Cloves
  • Tomato Paste- 2 tbsp.spoon
  • Cumin - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • Chicken Soup - 600 milliliters
  • Red wine - 150 milliliters
  • Breadcrumbs - 110 grams
  • olive oil - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • Salt and Pepper - - To taste

1. Bacon cut into squares.Peel and finely chop the onion.Peel the carrots and cut into slices.Peel and finely chop the garlic.Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the sausages.Turn them during cooking.Let them fry on all sides.Cook about 10 minutes.2.
