  • Fresh spinach 350g
  • fresh dill 150 g
  • fresh parsley 150 g
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Milk 750 ml
  • Water 250 ml
  • Feta cheese 200g
  • Groats corn 280 g
  • salt 1 tbsp.l.
  • Step 1 We need: fresh greens, corn grits, milk, water, feta cheese, onion and salt.
  • Step 2 Thoroughly wash each leaf of spinach.
  • Step 3 Blanshiruem in boiling water for 30 seconds, then wa
    shed with cold water.
  • Step 4 grind spinach, but not too finely.
  • Step 5 Chop remaining herbs: dill and parsley.
  • Step 6 finely chopped onion and passeruem it until soft for about 5 minutes in 50 ml of olive oil.
  • Step 7 Add the rest of the herbs in the pan and cook over low heat until soft.
  • Step 8: Remove the greens from the heat, add the feta cheese and mix well.
  • Step 9 Mix the milk and water, add a little cereal, the rest heat to a boil over low heat.
  • Step 10 Add the corn mixture and cook until the state of "al dente".Season with salt to taste.
