Sorrel with egg

  • Sorrel - 150 grams
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Milk - 100 milliliters
  • butter - 50 grams
  • Sol - 1-2 pinches
  • Black pepper - 1 pinch

The leaves of sorrel and my finelycut.2. In a heated pan with melted butter spread sorrel, cover with a lid and simmer a few minutes over medium heat.3. While sorrel extinguished, whisk eggs with milk, salt and pepper.4. Fill the whipped mixture of stewed sorrel and cover the pan lid.5. Fry until cooked.If the top of roasted bad - can be reversed.Serve with sour cream to the table or anything, but not sour sauce.Bon Appetit!
