Cranberry jelly

  • Cranberry - 1 cup
  • Water - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Gelatin - 1 tbsp.Spoon

Cranberries washed, we give to dry, and then we press the juice through cheesecloth.Juice is set aside to the side - because we now squeezed out, the beneficial properties of cranberries will not be lost.In a glass of hot water diluted with gelatin.Seeds pomace parboiled.Put into a saucepan, pour two cups of hot water and cook for 8-10 minutes.Filtered again.To berry broth add sugar.Once again boil berry broth, then add it pressed cranberry juice and gelatin swollen.Cook until the gelatin is dissolved, then remove from heat.Pour the broth on posudinkam, give a little freeze, then put in the fridge and leave until it hardens completely.
