Rice with pineapple

Ingredients:
  • Pineapple - 2 pieces
  • Boiled rice - 4 cups
  • Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.spoon
  • Shallots - 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 3 cloves
  • Chili - 1 Each
  • Cashews - 1/2 cup (optional)
  • green peas frozen - 1/2 cup (optional)
  • Egg- 1 Each
  • Raisins - 1/4 cup (optional)
  • broth - 3 tablespoons.spoon
  • fish sauce - 3 tablespoons.spoon
  • Curry (powder) - - The taste
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • green onions - 3 pieces
  • Coriander - 1/3 cup
