Roast in the Indian

Ingredients:
  • dlinnozernenogo white rice - 1 cup
  • oil - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • medium onion - 1 Each
  • cloves garlic - 2 pieces
  • salt and pepper - - To taste
  • curry powder - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • ground ginger - 1 tsp
  • tomato sauce - 3 cups
  • peas - 900 grams
  • lime juice - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • fat yogurt - 1/2 cup
instructions

Cook rice according to package instructions, cover and keep warm.While the rice is cooked, heat the oil over medium heat in a large skillet.Add onion and garlic, season with salt and pepper.Cook, stirring frequently, until the onions are tender, 4 to 6 minutes.Add curry powder and ginger, cook, stirring, until fragrant, about 1 minute.Add tomato sauce, peas and 1 1/2 cups of water.Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens, about 8 to 10 minutes.Add the lime juice and season with salt and pepper.Serve rice, decorated with slices of lime and pinch of curry.
