Escalope of turkey

Ingredients:
  • Turkey (scallops) - 4 pieces
  • Breadcrumbs - 7 Art.spoons
  • chicken egg - 1 Each
  • sweet paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • garlic - 1 teaspoon salt

  • Butter - 30 grams
Instructions

In a bowl break an egg, there is add salt and spices.Thoroughly whisk fork.In a pan melt the butter piece.Scallops well dipped in the prepared mixture.Then scallops collapses in breadcrumbs.After breading put the scallops on the hot pan.Fry for about 5 minutes on one side and then turn over - and the same with the other hand.Scallops are ready.Serve with your favorite side dish and salad.Bon Appetit!
