Creme fraiche

Ingredients:
  • Fatty cream - 400 milliliters
  • Kefir - 2 tbsp.spoon

Pour heavy cream into a suitable jar.Add the yogurt.Mix.We spin the jar and leave for two days at room temperature (if the cook in the summer when the house is hot - it is better to find a cool place, as fermented milk product can be damaged).Two days later creme fraiche is ready for use or consumption.
