Cookies with peanut butter and honey

  • light brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • white sugar - 1/2 cup (plus sugar for sprinkling)
  • unsalted butter - 220 grams
  • flour - 1 1/3 cups
  • baking powder - 2 1/2 teaspoons
  • soda - 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • peanut butter - 1 cup honey
  • - 1/2 teaspoon
  • egg - 1 Each
  • milk - 1/4 cup

1. In a large bowl, mix brown sugar and white sugar.Heat the butter in a medium saucepan until it acquires a brown color, and add sugar.Leave aside and allow the mixture to cool for about 10 minutes.2. In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.After the oil has cooled, add the peanut butter and honey.Beat with a mixer on medium speed until smooth.3. Add the egg and beat.Then whisk the milk.Add flour mixture and mix until homogenous.4.
