Sandwiches with herring

  • Baguette - 1 Each
  • processed cheese - 1 Each
  • Boiled beetroot - 1 Piece
  • Onions - 1 Each
  • Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • Vinegar - 0.5 teaspoon
  • herring fillet - 100 grams
  • Sol - - The taste

beets boil, cool and rub on a medium grater.Then, in a convenient bowl, mix the beets with processed cheese, add mayonnaise and mix all until smooth.If liquid cheese, mayonnaise add is not necessary.Onions cut into half rings.Afterwards the onion soaked in water and vinegar.Bread smear beetroot cheese curd.Put a bow on top.Fillet cut into arbitrary pieces.For these sandwiches in addition to herring fillet smoked mackerel can be used (as in the photo).Put the fish on the bow, ready to add up the sandwiches on a platter and serve.Bon Appetit!:)
