Lemon Cookies

  • Flour - 375 Gram
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Eggs - 2 pieces
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • Lemon zest - 2 tbsp.
  • spoon baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Butter - 200 grams
  • salt - to taste

1. In a separate bowl, combine the sifted flour, salt and baking powder.Sugar, lemon zest and whisk the softened butter in a mixer or blender for about 1 minute.2. Add the eggs one at a time in the oil-sugar mixture, still whisking.Add the lemon juice.Pour a thin stream into a blender and prevent the flour on low speed.3. If you have a spoonful of ice cream, it is convenient to use.But if not, it will come down ordinary spoon.Dough gain spoon and spread on a sheet away from each other.4. Each cookie trample hand and give it the shape of a small cake.Sprinkle each cake and sprinkle with sugar water.Again sprinkle with sugar cookies.5.
