Peach biscuit

  • Peaches - 450 Gram
  • Sugar - 1/3 cup
  • Flour - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Butter - 8 Art.spoons
  • flour - 1 cup
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Water Ice - 5 Art.spoons
  • Egg - 1 Each

instructions begin with the test.In a food processor, a good mix flour, a teaspoon of sugar and salt.Add the flour mixture to the butter cut into cubes.Ice water was added and thoroughly mixed using a food processor.Knead the dough on a floured work surface, roll down dough cake.Wrap in plastic wrap - and refrigerate for 1 hour.Cut the peaches into slices.Add the remaining sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract and a little flour.Mix.The dough from the refrigerator, spread on parchment paper and roll out thinly.We spread the dough in the center of our peaches, wrap the edges, forming a biscuit.Put on a little more filling of butter, grease the edge of the dough with beaten egg.Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.Let cool slightly and serve.Enjoy!:)
