Sweet and sour vegetable stirfry

Ingredients:
  • Frozen Vegetables (Assorted) - 400 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Brown sugar - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • Ketchup - 1 tbsp.
  • spoon soy sauce - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • Rice vinegar - 1/2 Art.spoon
  • Water - 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • - 1.5 teaspoon
  • ginger powder - 1/8 teaspoon

Prepare the sauce Stir until smooth sugar, ketchup, soy sauce,vinegar, water, starch and ginger.If you have time, frozen vegetables first fold in a colander and let them thaw out, get rid of excess moisture.If you hurry, skip this step.In a frying pan warm up butter, fry for 1-2 minutes over medium heat, crushed garlic.Put the vegetables in the pan, fry until soft.When the vegetables are soft, add the sauce.Fry the vegetables in the sauce for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.Remove from the heat and serve.Bon Appetit!
