Shrimps in sweet-hot sauce

  • Fresh Shrimp - 1 Kilogram
  • Cayenne pepper - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • Lime juice - 6 Art.spoons
  • orange marmalade - 6 milliliters
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • Honey - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • Garlic - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • molasses - 6 Art.spoons

Just note - to prepare this dish, we need long wooden skewers.Their preparation is necessary before a little soak in warm water - and that still burn on the grill :) The saucers mix orange marmalade and syrup.There also add the lime juice, honey and chopped garlic.Mix.Finally, add salt to the sauce and cayenne pepper.Mix.Mix well the sauce needed a little warm.To do this, I put it in the microwave for 1 minute.Then, divide the sauce into two parts - one will use in cooking, the other will be fed directly to the shrimp.Our shrimp are strung on skewers, as shown in the photo.Properly lubricate all our shrimp sauce (this is done with a brush).Roasted shrimp in a pan until golden.Serve shrimp prepared with a slightly warm sweet-spicy sauce.Bon Appetit!:)
