Small fruit cakes

Ingredients:
  • flour - 1 cup
  • Baking powder - 3/4 teaspoon
  • Baking Soda - 1/2 teaspoon
  • mixture of crushed spices - 1/2 teaspoon (cloves, cinnamonnutmeg)
  • mixture of nuts and dried fruits - 1 cup (raisins, cranberries, cashew nuts, currants, walnuts, tutti fruity, apricot)
  • Brown sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Baking Soda - 1/2 teaspoonfulspoon (for the fruit mix)
  • Butter - 3/4 Art.spoon
  • Water - 3/4 cup
  • Curd or yogurt - 3 teaspoons
  • Milk - 1 Thing (If dough is coarse)
  • Mashed potatoes - 1/2 cup

Cut all the dried fruits andNuts to be used.Melt the sugar and then add the dried fruit and nuts, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes over low heat.If the water evaporates, add water.Cool and add soda.Mix spices, cloves, cinnamon and powdered almonds.All spices should be crushed.Mix the spices, flour, cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, baking powder and baking soda.Mix everything well.Then, add the dried fruit mixture into the flour and sugar.All mix thoroughly until smooth.If the dough has
