Tabbuleh

Ingredients:
  • wheat - 1/2 cup (bulgur)
  • warm water - 2 cups
  • parsley - 3 cups
  • peppermint - 1/2 cup
  • green onion - 1/4 cup
  • onion - 1/4 Pieces
  • tomatoes - 3 pieces
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • spoon lemon juice - 1 Thing (from 1/2 lemon)
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
instructions

Soak the bulgur in 2 cups of water and let it stand for 1 - 1.5 hours.Wash the greens.Finely chopped green onions, parsley and onion.Slice the tomatoes and place in a bowl with fresh herbs and bulgur.Add the butter and squeeze the juice from 1/2 lemon.Add salt and mix all ingredients.
