Blueberry Pie Recipe

  • flour - 2 cups
  • baking powder - 1 tbsp.
  • spoon of salt - 1 teaspoon
  • sticks softened unsalted butter - 2 pieces
  • light brown sugar - 3/4 cup
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • eggs - 3 pieces
  • whole milk - 1 cup
  • blueberry - 1/2 cup
  • Filling: blueberry - 1/2 cup
  • sugar - 1/4 cup ground cinnamon
  • - 1/2 teaspoon

1. greased baking sheet and lightlysprinkle with flour.Set the pan on the middle rack and heat the oven to 175 degrees.Mix 2 cups flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl.Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar at high speed for about 2 minutes.Add eggs, one at a time, whisking after each addition.2. Reduce speed to medium and add one-third of the flour mixture and half the milk.Beat with the remaining half of the flour mixture, then the remaining milk and, finally, the remaining flour mixture.Add blueberries with 1 teaspoon flour.Gently stir with a rubber spatula.Put the dough into prepared pan.3. Put the dough on top of the blueberries.Mix sugar and cinnamo

n together in a small bowl and sprinkle the dough.Bake the cake 45 to 50 minutes.Allow to cool in the pan for 20 minutes, then put the cake on a serving dish (filling up).Serve the pie warm or at room temperature.The cake can be stored in airtight containers at room temperature for 3 days.
