Pizza with corn tortillas, beans and cheese

  • dry yeast - 1 teaspoon
  • warm water - 1 cup
  • flour - 4 cup
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • olive oil - 1/3 cup
  • Bank (420 g) black beans - 1 Each
  • taco seasoning - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • corn tortillas - 4 pieces
  • rapeseed cooking oil - 1/2 cup
  • sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 cup
  • Monterey Jack cheese - 1 cup
  • head lettuce - 1 Each
  • tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • cilantro leaves - 1/2 cup sour cream
  • - 1/4 cup hot sauce
  • - 3 tbsp.spoon

1. Prepare the pizza dough.Mix yeast with warm water and left for 8 to 10 minutes.Mix the flour, salt and olive oil in a bowl.Add the yeast mixture and beat with a mixer at low speed.Cover the bowl with the dough with a towel and put in a bowl with warm water.Give the dough to come for 1-2 hours.Put the beans in a saucepan.Add seasoning to taste and heat over medium heat.Using a press for potatoes, grind the beans to the desired consistency.Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.Set aside.2. Cut the corn tortillas into thin strips.In a small

pan heat the canola oil over medium heat.Fry corn tortillas in oil for 30-45 seconds.Put on a paper towel and allow to drain the oil.Set aside.3. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.Take half of the dough from the bowl.The remaining half placed in a large plastic bag and refrigerate for another use.Hands give form and put the dough on a greased baking sheet.4. Put beans layer over the entire surface of the test.Sprinkle a mixture of two types of grated cheese.Put the pan in the oven on the lower compartment and bake for 9 to 12 minutes.5. Remove the pizza from the oven.Grind the leaves of lettuce.Cut the tomatoes into cubes.Sprinkle pizza with chopped lettuce, tomatoes and cilantro leaves.6. Mix the sour cream and hot sauce.Drizzle sauce pizza.Sprinkle tortilla strips.Cut pizza into squares and serve immediately with salsa.
