Salad with crunchy carrots and peanuts

Ingredients:
  • carrots - 450 Gram
  • roasted peanuts - 3/4 cup
  • incised parsley - 3 tbsp.spoon
  • fresh mint - 2 tbsp.
  • spoon olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
  • spoon sugar - Article 1.5.spoon
  • salt - 1/4 Art.spoon
instructions

rubbed carrots (for carrots in Korean).In a deep dish add the grated carrots, peanuts, parsley and mint.In a separate plate combine oil, lemon juice, sugar and salt.Refill the mixture salad, stir and insist 20 minutes.
