Steak marinated in onion juice

  • meat (pork or beef) - 700 grams
  • Onions - 2 pieces
  • Salt and pepper - - To taste

prepare all the necessary ingredients.Onions clean and shred using the blender or food processor to puree consistency.Put the resulting mass of onion in gauze.Squeeze the juice from a gauze in a pan.You should have about a glass of pure onion sauce (although this depends on the bulb size, of course).We spread the steak in the form in which it will be convenient to pickle them.Salt, pepper meat.Pour half the meat onion juice.Overturn steaks, salt, pepper, pour the remaining juice.Pickling the meat for at least 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.Then warm up the grill or barbecue.We spread marinated steaks on the grill and fry for 4-5 minutes on one side (depending on the desired degree of roast).Preparing inverted and approximately the same on the other side.Steak marinated in onion juice ready.Serve and enjoy.Bon Appetit!:)
