"Wright" salad

Ingredients:
  • unsweetened yogurt - 2 cups
  • Green onions - 2 pieces
  • green chili - 1-2 pieces
  • ginger root - 1 pieces (about the size of your thumb)
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Cucumber - 1 Each
  • Juice of 1 lemon - 1 Each
  • Sol - - To taste
  • Cumin seeds - - To taste
  • Pepper - - To taste
instructions

Peel cucumbers and cut in half.Remove the seeds with a spoon.Pour the yogurt in a bowl and on a coarse grater grate the cucumber.Make mashed ginger and garlic, add the yogurt.Chop onions and green chilies.Set aside a little for decoration and add the rest in a bowl and mix.Add the crushed cumin seeds, salt and pepper.Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.Bon Appetit.
