Recipe: cottage cheese

Ingredients:
  • curd - 1 kg
  • milk - 1 liter
  • butter - 100 grams
  • vegetable oil - 50 grams
  • salt - 1 teaspoon
  • eggs - 2 pieces
  • soda -1 teaspoon vinegar
  • - 3 tbsp.spoon
instructions

in heated milk add cottage cheese.Boil the mixture for about 10 minutes (stirring constantly).Then wrap the resulting mass in gauze and a good squeeze.Place the cheese in another pan, add the oil, salt, eggs and mix well.Put the pan over medium heat.Cook stirring constantly.At the end add the vinegar and baking soda.Stir until smooth.The cheese is ready when the weight starts to peel off from the wall.Put cheese in the form (at your option), and leave in the fridge to cool.
