Pieces of salmon on the grill

Ingredients:
  • salmon fillets without skin - 450 Grams
  • soy sauce - 1/4 cup honey
  • - 1/4 cup
  • rice vinegar - 1 tbsp.Spoon
  • minced fresh ginger root - 1 teaspoon
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • freshly ground pepper - 1 pinch
  • fresh lemon - 12 pieces
  • skewer - 12 pieces
instructions

Cut the salmon lengthwise into 12dlinnyh bandsstrung on a wooden skewer soaked.Put in a shallow dish.In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, vinegar, ginger, garlic and pepper.Pour barbecue.Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.After the end of marinating, pour the marinade into a small saucepan and simmer for a few minutes.Preheat outdoor grill to medium heat.Pour a little oil on the grill grate.Strung on 1 slice of lemon on the edge of each skewer.Cook skewers on preheated grill for 4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with marinade.
