Lobster with lemon

  • salt - - To taste
  • lobster - 8 pieces
  • butter - 240 grams

Bring 12 cups of cold water and 2 tablespoons of salt to a boil.Add 2 to 4 lobster in a pot, cover and cook for 18 minutes.Remove and repeat with the remaining lobster.Give a little bit cool for 10 minutes.Heat the oil in a small saucepan over low heat.Season with salt, then pour into a large dish and keep warm.1 Place the lobster on a chopping board.Peel and cut into slices.Repeat with remaining lobsters.Put slices of lobster on a platter and serve with butter and lemon wedges.
