Mussels in beer

Ingredients:
  • mussels - 2 kilograms
  • oil - 1 Each
  • bay leaf - 1 Each
  • salt - 1 Each
  • cream - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • beer - 2 cups
  • shallots - 2 pieces
  • thyme - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 Each
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp.Spoon
instructions

Ingredients Carefully wash mussels.Make sure that all of them were closed.Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the peppers, shallots, bay leaf, thyme, salt and pepper.Pour the beer and bring to a boil.Place the mussels in beer boiling and simmer for 3.5 minutes.Remove the mussels from the broth, discarding those that do not open.Add the cream and mustard to broth.Serve the mussels should be broth and crispy bread.Bon Appetit!
