Salad with beets and chicken ventricles

  • Chicken gizzards 150g
  • Beet 1 pc.
  • Salad 1 bunch green
  • Cherry tomatoes 4 pieces.
  • White bread 2 piece
  • Olive oil 4 tbsp.l.
  • Lemon juice 1 ch. L.
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • pepper 1 pinch ground black
  • Step 1 Take a piece of lettuce lettuce, boiled beets and chicken ventricles (they are called navels more) cherry tomatoes, white bread for
    croutons;olive oil, lemon juice and pepper sauce "vinaigrette".
