Canned tomatoes and pepper

Ingredients:
  • tomatoes - 2.5 kg
  • hot pepper - 1 Each
  • sweet pepper - 4 pieces
  • black pepper - 10 pieces
  • sweet pepper - 6 pieces
  • parsley root -2 pieces
  • carrots - 2 pieces
  • vinegar essence - 4 teaspoons (80%)
  • water - 1 liter (marinade ingredients :)
  • salt - 20 grams
  • sugar - 30 grams
instructions Hold for 5 minutes

cleaned carrots in boiling water before being laid in the bank.Add all the spices and vegetables in a 3 liter jar, add the vinegar and pour the marinade (pre-mix all the ingredients).Then sterilize the workpiece about 15 minutes.Store in a cool dark place.
