Canned tomatoes

Ingredients:
  • ripe tomatoes - 1.5 - 2 kilograms
  • pepper - 10-12 Pieces
  • leaves currants, cherries, and horseradish - - To taste
  • inflorescence dry dill - - To taste
  • head of garlic - 1 Each
  • bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • sugar - 3 tbsp.spoon
  • salt - 2 tbsp.spoon
  • vinegar essence - 1 tablespoon.Spoon
instructions

1. Place a sterile jar garlic, herbs and pepper.Over firmly put carefully washed tomatoes.2. Dissolve the salt and sugar in 1.2 liters of hot water, pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.Pour the hot tomato marinade.Close jar and leave for 10 minutes.3. Pour the marinade into a saucepan, bring to a boil again and pour over the tomatoes.Since repeated 1 more time.Then add the vinegar essence.Hermetically close the lid and turn the jar upside down.Place the jar on a towel.Wrap another towel.Once the bank has cooled, it can be put into the refrigerator.
