BBQ lamb with coriander

Ingredients:
  • lamb - 1.5 kilograms (leg, boneless)
  • olive oil - 1/4 cup
  • bay leaf - 1 Each
  • red wine - 1 cup soy sauce
  • - 3/ 4 cup
  • garlic - 2 pieces
instructions

Ingredients: Mix the ingredients for the marinade.Marinating lamb for 4-5 hours.Preheat barbecue (grill).Fry meat for 8 minutes on one side and another 6 minutes.Pierce the meat with a fork for the best pieces of roasting.Fry for 25 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade.Remove from the heat and serve.
