Guacamole Grilled

  • avocado - 4 pieces
  • tomatoes - 2 pieces
  • red onion - 2 cloves
  • oil for grilling - to taste
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • lime - 2 pieces
  • cilantro -1/4 cup
  • salt and pepper - to taste

1. Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill to high heat.Cut the avocados in half, remove the seeds and scoop the pulp a large spoon.Wash and chop the tomatoes.Coat avocado, tomatoes, red onion slices with oil and place on grill.Fry the vegetables on the grill for about 5 minutes on each side.Depending on whether your warmed grill, it can take anywhere from 2 to 7 minutes on each side.2. Transfer the fried avocado in a large bowl.3. Grate the garlic and squeeze the lime juice on top.Mix all together.4. Add the chopped onion in a bowl.5. Slice the tomatoes, remove seeds and peel.Add to the bowl.Sprinkle with chopped cilantro on top and add salt and pepper to taste.Mix all the ingredients together, adding seasoning, if desired.Refrigerate before serving.
